Frequently Asked Questions

What can I expect during a lactation consultation?

During our session, we'll discuss your breastfeeding goals, perform an oral assessment, observe a feeding, and develop a personalized plan to support you and your baby. We focus on comfort, latch, and addressing any concerns you may have in the comfort of your own home.

When is the best time to schedule a visit?

Many mothers find a prenatal consultation helpful to prepare for their journey, while others seek support in the first few days postpartum. We recommend reaching out as soon as you have questions or feel you need professional guidance.

Do you offer virtual consultations?

Yes, we provide comprehensive virtual support for those who prefer remote assistance. These sessions are highly effective for troubleshooting, education, and providing ongoing encouragement from the comfort of your own home.

How can you help with low milk supply?

We work collaboratively to identify the root cause of supply concerns and implement evidence-based strategies to enhance milk production. My goal is to protect your breastfeeding relationship through proper management and compassionate support.
